How do I redeem a voucher?

1. After adding items you want to buy in your cart, click on cart to review your items and proceed to checkout.
2. Fill in your details and enter your voucher code in the box on the right.
3. After clicking on continue, the voucher value will be applied to your order. Complete checkout process and you are done.

How does WorldWide Shipping work? How much does it cost to ship a package to the US or to Canada?

We deliver our packages internationally using DHL. Using DHL, we are able to ship and track packages to any country for a reasonable cost. However, please note that there isn't a fixed shipping cost per country because the shipping estimate is calculated based on the dimensions and weight of the package.

What payment options are available?

We accept various payment options through ExpressPay. Customers can use their bank cards such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express or use mobile money to pay for their orders with these two options.
